poor customer service

I , Mrs Prahaladh have visited a Domino's outlet for the very first time and had an alarming experience and a bad first impression. Firstly I tried calling the store a few times at midday today and nobody answered.. I then called Atholl Heights branch who confirmed the tel. no. I then took a walk to the store and waited to be attended. The ladies working there saw us but did not acknowledge our presence. I then loudly asked if I was going to be served.A few minutes later after mumbling a lady walked towards the till. I placed my order for a traditional small pizza for R34.90 and noticed another price of R24.90. Since your menu does not mention the difference between them I asked what the difference was and was scoffed at as if it was obvious.Whilst waiting i mentioned to her that i tried calling and she rep**** with an irritated tone \we are very busy and have 7 orders". I find her attitude totally unacceptable."""
