Pathetic staff

I entered the pizzaria after being informed that Domino's cater for my dietary needs. Upon asking one of the staff members if wheat free pizza bases are an option, the response was that yes, they do have those available.<br> <br> I proceeded to order a meal, and repeatedly asked the person taking my order to ensure that it is a wheat free base. They appear to have some sort of hearing impediment as a requirement when selecting staff, because out of 4 staff members, not one got it right. After paying, I checked the receipt and noticed that no note is made of the wheat free base.<br> <br> When I questioned this, the very person that took my order looked at me as if I'm an alien. They have no idea what a wheat free base is.<br> <br> I demanded a refund before they could start with the order and left the store promptly.<br> <br> Another example of an international company getting ruined by home made ignorance.
