Pathetic service...Russian or Vienna? Scary if you don't know....

RUSSIAN OR VIENNAS? Good day on 13 April ordered two pizzas a bbq chicken and a Russian pizza. But the Russian pizza had Viennas on it and not Russian. Not sure what it was my husband called the store nd they say it's Russian but it started to rain so I called the store again nd spoke to the manager Ephraim or uphas nd I asked him to pls send me a pic of the packaging nd we will be happy to keep the pizza. He said there is no name on the packaging that says Russian so I said then how do I know it's a Russian he said it is nd it comes from head office like that so I said I will have to complain about this nd resort to social media as it's unacceptable. He said u can go ahead but I won't rectify the problem or give you a refund I will wait till u log the complain nd they let me know from head office. So I said I want my refund nd I don't live in toti, we live in lotus park nd drove there to buy a lovely pizza because I bought from pinetown before nd it was excellent. The manager promised to send a driver the next day to refund nd fetch the pizza however I waited nd nothing at 3pm I called the store to be given a story about no drivers avail nd he got one driver but he will call me nd send someone. So at 18:00 I drove to the store and on route he called me but I info him I'm on my way. Got there to be told that is a Russian pizza nd I never order from them before so I won't know. I told the manager I had never seen a russian that's the size of a Vienna. So I said pls give me my refund as I was tired of talking. I took the money nd left but with listerious out there can u really not prove that this is a Russian we returned a complete pizza back to dominos. Can a customer be assured that this is a russian? I would never order from them again however just to prove a point I will go to.another branch to verify their Russian......it's sad I will never recommend anyone to this branch.
