Pathetic service from Blue Downs delivery service

I had placed an order at the Blue Downs branch and my order was confirmed to have left the store at 8:15pm. It is now 9:20pm and my food is YET to be delivered after the order tracker confirmed my order had arrived. Six calls placed to the customer care line proved fruitless and to say I am disappointed is an understatement! The service is putrid and I will strongly discourage people from ordering at this store to avoid anybody encountering a similar incident. While typing this complaint my order arrived at 21:25, cold with hardly any cheese on it despite adding extra mozarella to my order. It's a cold, tomato base with meat chucked on it! I have paid for a pizza that I am not happy with and this whole first experience with the delivery app has left a VERY sour taste. Order number was 130084,

Customer satisfaction is not high on the Blue Downs store list which is pathetic. I would like this issue to be addressed
