Pathetic service and poor quality foid

Most pathetic and poor service ever received from Dominos Waterglen, Pretoria East ever received. I wish the previous owners was still there, because since the take over things went worse all the way (and they can actually check how many times we placed orders at that specific branch!!!!) On 25May 2019 we placed an pizza order for 6 pizzas. All of them was supposed to be thin crust. IT WAS NOT. 4 of the pizzas were supposed to have Feta on it. NON OF THEM HAD, AND IT WAS NOT EXTRAS IT WAS STANDARD ON THE PIZZA. NOBODY COMMUNICATED THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE FETA IN THE SHOP. I have lodged official complaints and i have followed up on these complaints, BUT NOBODY HAS PHONED ME TO DATE WRT THE COMPLAINT. The only responses i receive is that they are looking into the matter. ALSO THE REVIEW PROVIDE FOR 1 STAR. DOMINOS ARE NOT EVEN WORTH THE 1 STAR DUE TO THEIR WAY OF OF RESPONDING TO COMPLAINTS
