Pathetic online service
Used the online ordering service today for the second time and what at shocking experience. Placed order ,paid with card and low an behold my order vanished into thin air. Cannot track it and the store also did not receive my order. Twice in a row now.......After calls to customer care the shop now phoned wanting my order and now despatching 1 and half hours later!!! Romans Pizza here i come....
