Pathetic Concern for Customers
After having delivered several times we ordered on the '30 Minute' Policy as we were starving. Over an hour later and with no contact being left more hungry and irritated I called to find out what was happening. I then asked to speak with the manager. <br> <br> The lady i was put through to, who i highly doubt was the manager, had the worst attitude in the world. Coming up with excuses of 'we only deliver in 1,5km radius' followed by 'Drivers only travel 7km out'. She then basically made it my fault for ordering, keep in mind plenty orders in the past. The fact that she tried to convince me her drivers, on a bike, take 7minutes to drive one way to clients 1,5km away was the last straw.<br> <br> Thank goodness Romans were down the road - 15 minutes later we had our pizza collected and with zero hassel.
