Pathetic

After being thrilled that Dominos opened in our area, on Saturday 30 May we called and had the best pizza delivered to our house within 30min in Brackendowns. Still craving Domino's, my wife and I decided to order again this weekend! At 5pm my wife called and placed our order. At 6pm we then called to follow up on the order as nothing was delivered. On this call my wife was was told: a) the pizzas were delivered and then b) no, we don't deliver in that area! So which is it? Then we were told that they only deliver in our area on special accessions! To then be told that they can decide if they want to deliver or not! Clearly they decided not to and also refrained from calling us to tell us! What a idiot this manager is! It's winter and we have two small kids and all we were waiting for is our dominos pizza. After being in the UK for 12 years and recent moving home, we were delighted that a dominos opened up less than 10min away! I guess poor service delivery extends to the restaurant business too and with the economy booming in SA, restaurants can choose their clientele! What a terrible experience!!!!
