Overcharged

@ Domino's Florida Junction...I was charged R 1 167.32 for pizza that cost R 299. When they swiped my card it did not show the amount of R 1 167.32 but rather R 299.00. When I got the approved bill it showed a tip of R 867 .72.(There excuse was that its a new machine) I asked them to revers the amount they told me that it is not possible and that they would refund my money via EFT. I have been trying to get hold of the accounts department and was told it will be done during the the curse of the day. This all happen on Saturday the 10th August 2019.

I have been trying since then to get my money out of them. The receptionist and bookkeeper was very rude and have no telephone manners at all. I can not even get hold of the Manager of Head Office.

Customers are not important to them.
