Out of range for delivery

Dominos pizza is so annoying. I've ordered multiple times and had it delivered but yesterday we were told that we are out of range which makes no sense so you mean to tell me that all of the sudden Dominos has grown legs and moved away from me and is now out of range? Also why can't we just talk straight to the store instead of a call center because it is the people at the call center that are telling lies that we are out of range.
