order taken incorrectly and delivery a no show

I placed an order for 3 Pizzas for delivery as I have done many times in the past, it was 19:32 when i phoned in the order knowing that I would normally have delivery by 20:00 which gave time for our daughter to eat and go to bed, by 20:00 the food had not arrived and I was about to call to follow up and whats happening, I then got a call saying my order was ready for collection, I then corrected them and said it was for delivery, they said they would send a driver I was fine with this, by 20:30 there was no driver so I phoned again they said they would contact the driver and let me know, this did not happen now it's over a hour later I still have a hungry child that needs to go to bed so I said I want to cancel the order but they assured me it would be there shortly, by 20:30 I had still not received my order and so I phoned and cancelled the order.<br> <br> I have had many good experiences from the store in the past but fear the staffing changes and poor customer service will ruin the reputation, this is completely unacceptable to wait 90min for food during the week when it's quiet. I have lost faith in the franchise after this incident and will now not be making use of it any further.
