Order - No Delivery

<p>I have always been a big fan of Domino's and there app and fast service, also their amazing pizza but my experience last night has left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. I ordered two large pizza's from Wierdapark Domino's at 18:04 last night and PAID online, by 7pm it had still not been delivered (i live 3km from Dominos, measured the distance last night). My husband called three times and everytime the person on the other line said "it's on its way". after ONE HOUR 45 MINUTES since ordering we called again and asked them to cancel the order as i had already gone to get something else for dinner. The manager Farai was very helpful and tried to assist where he could but i was already annoyed and just asked him to cancel it. I would like my refund of R119.00 paid back into my account asap please. I am very disapointed in this service as i am a big fan of Dominos and always encourage my friends and family to taste the pizza from Dominos but i am so put off because of last night that i dont know if i would order there again soon, especially after going to another pizza place shortly after and getting my pizza within 14mintues of ordering. As much as i understand it is very busy with Megaweek etc. you can't just leave your paying customers in the dark wondering when they are going to get their food??? Very shocking......</p>
