Order for Delivery Service Disgusting
On Saturday the 20th of June we phoned to place an order for delivery. It took us about 30 minutes to place our order as the operator was having a tough time finding his way around the computer system it seemed (Afrikaans speaking male) We had to repeat our order to him at least 4 times.<br> <br> When the order arrived it was incorrect, we had been quoted the wrong price over the phone (he gave us the price before the tax had been added on) so we had to scratch for extra money, and we were missing items that we had specifically ordered even after repeating ourselves to him multiple times over the phone.<br> <br> I don't think this man should be in charge of answering the phone and taking orders as it's a terrible reflection on Domino's service.
