Once a customer, always a customer???

<p>This is not me trying to be difficult or trying to get free pizzas from Dominos, but I felt I needed to give you a warning. I've had domino's many times (in South africa and abroad) and today was not as good as in the past. I ordered 3 pizzas at 16:50 (exact time), got a sms at 17:08 saying: "Dominos Pizza Delivery Notification: MIRACLE PHIRI left with your order at 5:11 PM", then I got a voicemailrom Dominos at 17:09 saying they are remaking one of my pizzas because "the dough wasnt right". I ended up getting the pizzas at 17:27 - 37 minutes later. Well, it's not a train smash, but why have a guarantee if you cant live up to it. Anyway... I ordered 3 medium pizzas and was shocked to see that pizzas looked smaller than what I expected. The website says its suppose to be 23cm, so I actually decided to measure it - I measured it right around and the biggest diameter was 21,5cm (average between 21-21,5). While it doesn't sound a lot, do the math: 12,58% smaller to be exact. I will stay a domino's customer because of their price and the convenient delivery, but don't promise something you cant commit to.</p>
