No words can describe this poor service!

I order pizza from Domino's Kimberley at around 19:00 tonight. I phoned on various occasions, when I was told that they are busy. It is now 22:28, Domino's is closed already and I have still not received my order.

This is an embarrassment to me because I had guests over for a pizza night and had to rush to another take away restaurant at 22:00 because Domino's did not deliver my order. This is also a safety hazard for me to go in to town at that time of the night.

It is a rather unpleasant experience that is unacceptable in my opinion. I have order pizza's that I have not received nor did I receive a explanation. In future I would not even consider to order from Domino's, nor recommend it to any one.

Don't even think to use Black Friday as a excuse to what has happened here tonight. Do not offer or advertise a service that can not be fully supp**** by the service provider, in this case Domino's.
