No ingredients, and no refund

Ordered online from Mt Edgecombe branch. Received a call 5 mins after order placed and paid for saying they do not have ingredients. I requested a refund. Three phonecalls and seven hours later, still no refund.

Can someone at Domino's reading this process tje refund? Or do you require funding from taking payments without actually making pizza?
