No Delivery / Staff who do not know procedure
I called Dominos at 7:00 pm to place an order for delivery. At 8:15 I hadn't received my pizza, so I phoned in again. The lady working told me they do not deliver to my area. I said that's impossible, as I have been ordering from you for month, last friday being the most recent. She said the driver doesn't deliver here, sorry. As I was trying to explain, that I had already ordered this evening and am calling about where the delivery guy is, she kept saying, sorry. I asked to speak to a manager and was told he was out delivering. <br> I phoned a cell phone number of another manager and he is not at work
