Need more drivers

So I ordered Pizza and wings at around 11:50 pm on Saturday (4/9/16) online via the Domino's app (order # 788236). By 00:34 am the App informed me that the pizza was delivered but I was still waiting. At this point I am assuming someone else took it. I called 3 times (total waiting time at most 55 min but at least 40min) only to be rudely told that the driver was on the way and the lady asked me if I wanted to cancel the order while I was complaining to her- I really did not appreciate how she treated me. Jonathan (the driver) called me around 01:22 am that he was 2min away and I should come outside as if nothing was wrong, no apology offered. Just when I thought all was well, they messed up the order. Jonathan only had the Pizza and no wings. He offered garlic bites (not sure about the name) that he had with him but I refused. He then offered to get my wings while i enjoy my Pizza. But was the Pizza enjoyable? NO!!! It was very cold and dry, had to put it in the microwave for the cheese to melt. This was bad service and the only excuse was that they did not have enough drivers- so get more or outsource on bad days. I eventually got the wings at 2am. Total waiting time-11:59 to 2am
