Late delivery, Cold pizza
I phoned to order a pizza for delivery at 17h55. Phoned again at 18H50 to see why my pizza was late and I was told that the driver left 10mins ago. He only arrived at my house at 19h14.<br> <br> Now, I live 1km away from the store.... and it took him 30mins to get to my house????? And the pizza arrived cold!! I phoned to complain about the poor service and the cold pizza, the excuse I got was that they only have two drivers. <br> <br> Domino's Pizza boldly advertises that they DELIVER WITHIN 30MINS. \ We absolutely, positively guarantee that if you are unhappy with our service or product, we'll fix it!\"<br> <br> I am unhappy with your service and your product was cold. How are you going to fix it?"
