Kept waiting for 2hours
<p>So disgusted with the service I got from the staff at this store. Placed order online an then called in to make it collection where I was told by terra that there is only one driver its going to take 45 minutes. I said im ohk with that. 2 hours later I get my pizza cold with no slip an a malinga the driver full of jokes telling me the security at the complexs says he must charge me twice. They said they tried to call but no one thought to text an then they realised oh wait there is another number on the system to call. These have no training the manager was so rude an didnt want to tak responsibility for anything. Ill never go here again. Cold and pathetic service. With pizza that look like **** . Hate this place</p>

I am glad you read my review but please do something about it. Let my words not fall on deaf ears. I work with people everyday and treat them with the utmost respect even if i am not wrong. I take responsibilty . These people lack the proper s**** set that allows the customers to have a pleasant experience. My kids were up all night waiting on their pizzas. I wouldnt recommed anyone to go there.
