My husband tried to place an order for takeaway. Your *********** staff is firstly incapable of speaking English. The woman didn't understand what \place an order for collection"means. She couldn't spell \""Matthew\"" and didn't know what thick base was. He had to repeat his name and number three times to this dim witted individual. After this fifteen minute phone call"
