I Am Hungry

My name is Gladwell i order pizza at 13h09 on 01/03/16-i had the pleasure of speaking to the manager to place my order as i dont eat chicken nor pork. i ordered larger traditional pizza with a can sprite.I received an sms telling me my delivery left at 13h28. At 13h50 I received a call telling me that they ran out of sprite and offered another flavour. Now my concern is if someone sms's at 13h28 to say they left premises why would they call at 13h50 to advise you of lack of stock-that's dishonesty and more over the order is way late. A PERSON CALLED ME AGAIN ASKING ME WETHER HE SHOULD BRING THE ORDER OR NOT??<br> Now here's a question : Is Domino's serious about running a food business and do they understand what it means?<br> NB: I STOOD OUTSIDE THE BUILDING LOOKING LIKE A FOOL , HUNGRY AS HELL WAITING FOR FOOD ONLY TO BE ASKED WETHER TO BRING THE ORDER OR NOT ?<br> I AM STILL HUNGRY AND I WOULD LIKE TO FIND OUT SINCE I AM IN A CALL CENTRE ENVIRONMENT WHO'S GOING TO BRING MY FOOD TO MY TABLE AND WHO'S GOING TO PAY FOR THEM.<br> I HAVE ALSO BEEN MADE AWARE BY MY COLLEAGUES THAT FERNDALE BRANCH HAS A VERY POOR SERVICE - I SUGGEST YOU GUYS CLOSE DOWN COS MACDONNALDS DELIVERS THESE DAYS
