Horrible service, staff and ethics

On Sunday the 4 March 2018, i went to Dominos pizza in Amanzimtoti, Upon arrival in the store i saw the R99.90 Special for 2 Large Traditional pizzas advertised on the chalkboard and well as on a poster board inside the store. I placed an order for the same only for the them to tell me that special is not available. Why advertised something that is not on special?, i asked to speak to the manager, who name was Goodness was nothing but rude and arrogant to the core. She refused to take my order saying that special is not running, i asked her why would youll advertised something that is not on special, she said it was an old special. i insisted that since it was not removed i want the special, i asked to speak to the franchise owner and she refused to give me his details saying that i must send an email and he will reply, i so i did. A day has past and i have no response from the owner, which clearly shows his interest in his customers. I had also left my number for the owner Vishnu Govender to call me but he didn't. Today my daughter turns 5 and her favourite meal is pizzas, i was going to provide Dominos Pizzas for her class as well as for family this evening but with the terrible service i received from this store i will never go back. Its sad how loyal customers become just a number for the Franchises, without our contribution they are nothing yet a simple act of courtesy for the owner is so hard to follow.
