Great service and a smile.
I just want to compliment Dominos Pizza in Hatfield for their great training of staff. And use friendly websit. <br> We order 2 pizzas for delivery on Saturday 16 January <br> But unfortunate there was a miscommunication between me and reception after i noticed the error, Caroline said its no problem they will send the driver back with the correct pizza. <br> It was not even 15 minutes then I correct order came with Enok. He still had a smile on his face and told us to enjoy our meal. <br> The bonus was the incorrect pizza was give to us at no charge. <br> This is a prime example of great leadership <br> I hope that Enok will get the credit for this. He is a prime example of an employee who thinks out of the box. <br> Hope to order many more from you guys.
