Faulty card machines and cold food

We generally have a very good experience with Dominos Pizza but card machines not working has been a recurring problem which means we have to wait for the delivery man to drive back to the store to retrieve a new one resulting in cold food. This is by no means any fault of the delivery men as management should make sure the card machines are fully functional. I don’t want to lodge a complaint, just bring it to attention.
