Faulty App

So about a week ago I tried to order using the app and I paid online . The money went through but it told me there was an error. So I tried again and with the same outcome. So I decided to use the website which worked perfectly first time. But then I saw that I had 2 orders, meaning the one of the previous ones with errors went through. <br> <br> I then phoned the Ferndale store to ensure that only 1 order comes through. The lady I spoke to assured me that only 1 order would be processed. My desired order arrived . But then about 40 minutes later another delivery came which I sent back to the store. <br> <br> I then tried to get a refund with the help of Dominos twitter account where I was told I'd be contacted by the store Manager which is still yet to happen. <br> <br> This whole experience is actually very disappointing because I normally order from the Rock Cottage store and I get the best service but the app wont allow me to order from that store and the Ferndale store doesn't quite seem the same. Also I was a big fan of Dominos but the customer service is poor
