False Advertising and poor service
I ordered a pizza at 20:28 from dominos Bryan Park and it only arrived at 21:45. I am only 3km away from the shop. As per their service promise. If they don't deliver within 30 mins the order is free. I told the guy when he arrived that wasn't going to pay. He said that he couldn't give me the pizza without a payment. I told him about the 30 minute service promise. He didn't seem to care and he left with the pizza, leaving me with no food. This is beyond poor. False advertising and pathetic service. Domino's should not make promises they can't keep. Its unacceptable. This is the second time this has happened.
