Failed online order and no stock on ingredients
I placed order 7414 on your website yesterday. When I went into the store, apparently your systems were down and they did not receive the order. Then when I tried to place my order they were out of stock of the necessary ingredients. This was a total waste of my time. Please do something to ensure that your systems are working properly and please train the franchise owner to manage his/her inventory levels. It is unacceptable that a big chain restaurant experiences stock shortages.
