Extremely poor service

We ordered our pizza at 18h30 now its 7h44 and we are still waiting. We called in to order and was told it's will take 35 minutes to be delivered. We received a sms at 6h57 to say the order is on the way. At 7h30 we called in again and spoke the manager who told us it will another hour coz they have one drive. When asked for regional managers number I was told to get it on line coz he does not know the number, it now 7h 0n we are still waiting
