Extremely Disappointed

<p>I logged into my online Domino's account to take advantage of an online discount. Up until this point there has not been a Domino's store close enough to deliver to us, so imagine my surprise and excitement when my account said that there was now a store close enough for delivery! So I put in an order fo 5 pepperoni pizzas. </p> <p>When I went to complete my order, it said there was an error and switched to collection. :/ So I tried again - chose delivery, chose the store that they said would deliver to me (Chatsworth) and clicked order. Again, it said there was an error and automatically changed my order to collection. I called the store, thinking that there was probably a glitch with the online system, as we are 6.5 km away from the store, and I know that is quite a distance for delivery.<br />I explained my situation to the worker at the store, and asked if perhaps I was out of their delivery area. She said, oh, I'm sure it's just a problem online. Place your order for collection and I will change it to delivery once it's placed online and you call back. So, I went online, paid for the order with credit card, and phoned back and asked to speak with her. When I phoned back, she proceeded to ask for my address and then said, "Oh. We don't deliver in your area. But you've already paid, so you can just collect." </p> <p>That's why I called to ask about delivery prior to making my order! Now I have ordered and paid, and have to collect my order even though I don't really have time for that today! I wasn't going to order if it wasn't going to be delivered! I felt like she was just trying to secure my order.</p> <p>She gave me to her manager, and all he would say is that he was sorry she made a mistake in not confirming my address with me prior to my order, and that he would discuss it with her.<br />I proceeded to collect my order and was very disappointed to find that they don't use the traditional pepperoni on their pizzas in Chatsworth, but a beef salami. It should have a different name if it is not the same toppings as the other stores. Pepperoni pizza is why we order from Domino's. I will not order from this Domino's again. </p>
