Extremely bad service at Dominos Pizza Waterglen

I have placed an online order with Dominos pizza waterglen at 12:12. I then phoned them around 13:00 to ask where our order is. Their response was that the driver got lost and will re do our order and send another driver. We only received our food at 13:47. We then realised that the sauce we have also ordered has not been delivered so i called them and they said twice that they will send the driver to drop the sauces off. Its 14:32, the food is cold and still waiting for the sauce to be delivered. This is really terrible service that i had to encounter with Dominos as i have never had any problems with them until today You even struggle to get through to this branch. Have to call 3 times before they answer. I am extremely disappointed in this service we received.
