Dont order from this store, you wont get it

We always order from this store in Umhlanga rocks Drive on weekends and have never ever had a problem. Today Tuesday 1 December 2015 at 11:20am we ordered 4 pizza's. A young guy took the order. We phoned at 12pm when after 40 mins our pizza's still had not arrived. We were told there was no order for us. We asked to speak to the manager the lady on the phone said she was the manager. You can imagine how upset we were that after waiting 40 mins the obviously usless guy who orginally took the order just failed to put it through. So we replace the order with the manager absolutely being very unhelpful. She states another 40 mins to wait even though it says 30 mins delivery time on their site. at 12:45pm we phone again and who should answer the phone but the first guy who could not do his job orginally as he never placed the order. He was extremely rude I ask to speak to the manager and was told she was not available and so I asked for the owners number he was rude and totally awful on the phone every question I asked him he said should I cancel your order. Do you want me to cancel your order. So how it works is if you ask what is going, they cancel your order.
