Don't bother because the whole system is *******

We phoned the new Faerie Glen branch Saturday evening to place an order, the woman was very uninterested in me as a client and unfriendly. I had to tell her two times that we did not want delivery then she asked for my address and again I had to explain that we would collect it. Finally I got our order through. She did not say how long it would take or give a reference or her name (just a lot of mumbles at the beginning of the call - had to ask about two times if it was Domino's). Half an hour later we were at the store and the woman at the teller did not recognize the name we ordered under and said it is okay she will take our order now. We walked away as this is extremely unacceptable for a store to take an order and just lose record of it. . We are very unhappy with the staff. Very ***********. How can it be this difficult to take an order for pizza and make it and sell it to someone? Will not try to order from Domino's Pizza again. Best of all is the people around us were also very unhappy with their orders/experiences. Another reason we went to another pizza place in the vicinity. Hopefully something good will open at the store where Domino's Pizza is now when it closes.
