Domino's Waterglen, Pretoria- terrible service

I ordered pizza with the Waterglen Pretoria branch on 14 September 2018 (order #48541). Order placed at 18h31. At 19h31 I phoned the branch due to no pizza being delivered yet. According to the online tracker it has been ready since 18h41. They said they needed to check on the status of my order and call me back. They did not call me back. Phone them again at 19h40, tell them I would like to cancel my order due to it taking so long. They say that the guy is out on delivery. Again, I wait for them to phone me back. The online tracker says my meal has been delivered. Still no pizza. I phone again, and ask to speak to the owner. They say he is not there. Disgusting service.
