Dominos serve burnt reheated pizza

So we have a few friends over time goes on and we decide to get pizza, I have never tried Dominos in gauteng as I recently moved in from cape town and Dominos that side has never given me any problems.

We place an order and collect no problem only to get home and serve my guests burnt dried out reheated pizza. I then call the store and the store had closed already. The next day I sent an email to their head office with the pictures of the burnt pizza and after the email and the post of their Facebook page i then get a very apologetic response and they request my contact details along with the name of the store I purchased from. All details sent and a few hours later the manager calls and apologises and in the same breath tries to explain that their barbeque sauce is quite dark and that is probably the burn I am referring to, he then invites me back so they can have 1 made for me so he can show me.

My very purchase in gauteng and this is what happens. I had to the pizza thrown in the dirt bin as I will not even feed a dog burnt food.
