Dominos Pizza service sucks

A few weeks ago my husband went to Dominos in Soneike Mall, Kuilsriver to buy a pizza. On our return home we realized we were given the wrong pizza. My husband called the branch and an hour later, they delivered the correct pizza. The cheese on this pizza was burnt and it really didn't look too appetizing. I sent a message to dominos and the next day I received a call and was told the branch will contact me within 48 hours and my must keep a slice of the pizza. I was never contacted again. I sent dominos another message about how poor their customer service is. On Sunday I received an email from Daniel Maseli asking me if the branch contacted me yet. I rep**** no, and never heard from them again. Dominos sure lost a loyal customer
