Dominos pizza scottsville worse service

Very poor service on friday 23 november 2018 my wife phoned dominos pizza at 18.07 pm and placed an order for 2 large pizzas to be delivered and asked how long it will take to be delivered the person said 25 minutes, At 19.15 my wife called back to find out what time will the pizza arrive and the person that answered the call said that no order was placed from my wife's phone number so wife said that does not make sense and the lady said that she will transfer her call to somebody that can help her ,she was then put on hold for over 10 minutes with no response just music playing in background she then cut the call.I then tried to call dominos pizza from my wife's number and they were not answering the calls after several attempts they finally answered which was about 19.30 I explained the problem again and all she could that she cannot anything cause there's no order from my wife's number I asked to speak to the manager and again was put on hold.worse service from a food outlet everybody hungry waiting for food and then you find out that they didn't take your order and they dnt care
