Dominos pizza dbn north terrible service

I ordered a pizza, i was told that it will be delivered in 30 minutes. 1 hour later i called in to the durban north branch to enquire about my order, and was rudely told by an indian guy that my order had left 10minutes before i called. It is now exactly 97 minutes from the time i ordered and still nothing and i am not getting an answer when i am calling in. This is totally unproffessional and dusgusting behaviour.
