I placed an order for delivery on Saturday, only to realise that the delivery guy gave me the wrong order. I called them immediately to receive a voice prompt message informing me there's no one available to take my call, I should press 9 if I want someone to call me back. Here I am 5 days later, still waiting. Your service sucks.
