Dominos do not deliver orders
I ordered Dominos Pizza from the Greenstone branch on 16th of October 2015 at 18.53 for delivery. I confirmed that they deliver in my area as the website said they don't. Placing the order for two pizzas took 5 minutes as the operator struggled to understand English. He confirmed the order, delivery address and that the driver will bring a credit card machine at the end of the call. After waiting over 1 hour I phoned to enquire what happened to my order. A different operator told me the order had never been placed. He furthermore only offered to take my order again. <br> <br> This is pathetic customer service. I will not attempt to try Dominos Pizza again.
