Dominos call centre and Store Manager Ayesha and Amina are the Pitts at Northway Mall
I specifically asked for my delivery at 7:00 . The Driver only left the store at 7:00 at which point he only arrived at 7:30. When I called the call centre the call centre Agent Amina cut the call on me. I am disgusted with her and the Manager Ayesha at the Northway mall in Pietermaritzburg branch. At no point did the store call me to say there is a delay. Then the driver went to deliver everyone else’s pizza first instead of following the instructions on the order. This needs to be addressed because we are paying and not getting this for free . As for the call centre Manager I think doomsday will come till I get an apology

29 Mar 2019, 21:04I accept the apology from the store Manager Ayesha because she seems sincere. I’m very upset with the women Amina in the call centre. How can you cut the call. That’s what’s made me very angry. That is just unacceptable.
