Domino's bluff

The bluff branch of domino's is utterly useless. An order placed just before 18h00 has still not been delivered till 19h50, with check ups more than twice with the only response that the driver is on his way. Eventually we got a hold of the branch manager, who acts dumbfounded by the name George and he does nothing of the sort to sort out the problem. The bluff domino's service is pathetic, the phone line that they have is pathetic as they cannot hear anything or claim not to hear anything. This George person was told to get his senior manager to call or on the line but he seems not to understand what we are trying to say to him.
