DOMINOS BASICALLY STOLE FROM US!

Ordered 3 pizzas on the app and all was well. Made payment using the credit card, money was taken but no confirmation of completion of transaction except that money was taken, however the store did not receive the order hence we did not receive our pizzas. Complained telephonically, its been 2 days still no response, OUR MONEY WAS TAKEN BUT NO SERVICE PROVIDED, that is absolutely unacceptable!!!!!
