Domino's Pizza - Rock Cottage Pathetic Service !

Domino's Pizza has just opened in our area so we thought we would give them a try only to be absolutely disappointed. After eventually getting through to them via phone we placed our order for three pizzas and was told to collect in 15 minutes. When arriving it was chaos to say the least and we were happy to eventually get our pizzas and head off home to hungry kids. When arriving at home we found that two of the tree pizzas were incorrect, with wrong ingredients and bases ! Now with complaining kids and the frustration / disappointment we had to try and call Domino's again, this time the phone just rang and rang, after minutes the phone was picked up and then put down. Eventually we got through to a customer that had decided to answer the phone as it was just ringing off the hook she said. She very kindly took down my details and said she would relay the message and ask someone to call back, she apparently was also back there because her order was also wrong and had to be rectified. After half an hour and no call we decided to go to Tony' Spegettis our normal pizza take away where we were rewarded with a correct order. All I can say is that shame on Domino's for such poor service!
