Domino Pizza 30 min promise!
Placed my telephone order on a Friday at 17h42 and expected pizza to arrive within 30min. After over an hour I called and spoke to the someone who said he would follow-up on the order and ask the manager to call me back. By this time my family was starving - so we cooked up something quick. After we had eaten, 2 hours after I had placed the order - still no call from the manager - so I called them again. This time I spoke to the manager - duh - the same person who had taken my order! She apologised and send she would process the order and throw in free chicken strips. So much for Domino's promise of a free pizza delivery is more than 30 minutes. I said \no thank you"- we have already eaten and I'd rather safe the R200+. """
