Dishonesty within Dominos Florida

I am completely appalled at the delivery service we received from Domino's Pizza Florida Junction, after placing an order which arrived shortly one of our items were forgotten, a 1.5L Coke, which again is almost R20, the delivery assistant said he would return to the store and deliver it shortly, about 30 minutes past (the store is around 5km's away) after such a time, my wife decided to go to the store to find out why there was such a delay, upon arrival she was greeted by the most rude clerk, she had advised that she has no proof as to the unsuccessful delivery, the delivery assistant would not own up to his mistake and would not supply this extra item, to me this is the most disrepectful clerk and the most unneeded service, i myself will not use Domino's again with staff like this i do not understand why the company has come as far as they have, be it one item or 10 items, dishonesty does not justify the cause, i am most unhappy with this, and will definitely be forwarding this complaint on until action is taken
