DISHONEST Pathetic service

Pathetic service Doninoes and blatant *****...shocking. You should be embarrassed. This evening I went into Domino's site to place an order to benefit from their Mega week special. I then saw the message that the Bayswater store was no taking online orders. I then phoned their 086 number and the operator said she sees they show not online. She the put me on hold for a few minutes. No joy...she then explained I can keep holding to which I said I think she should facilitate my order for delivery via the BFN store in south. I was then put through to Custoner Services (Kagisho) who told me the stores in BFN were closed due to operational issues / no stock. This angered me so I requested to speak to a supervisor. I was put through and voiced my shock that stores can be closed when Mega week on. They apologised and told me someone will contact me next week. I then went to get food at Spar Bayswater and....their STORE is open and doing a roaring business with people waiting to order....wow BAD SERVICE IS ONE THING BUT I CANNOT TOLERATE DISHONESTY......WILL BE INTERSTING HOW THEY WILL EXPLAIN THIS ONE....SHOCKING.
