Dishonest and Pathetic Customer Service
I went to Domino's Pizza in Waverley, Pretoria. I was very impressed with how the store looks. A lady helped me at the counter with a smile. All seems good. <br> But when I order a medium 2 topping pizza with a Coke(Promotion) I was charged at normal Price. Then gave her a R100 note to Paid The amount of R75.90(Thought it is R49.90). I have received a slip for the total amount of R49.90. When I asked her why she only given me R24.10 change she said it the pizza cost R74.90. If the slip say R49.90 I don,t want to pay R74.90????<br> After about 10min I have received my pizza. No Coke I have to asked her where is my Coke, then again a story... After that she ask me what cold drink would I like to have and I said a Coke. She said sorry we only have Cream soda. As I have read here on Hello Peter it is the norm to overcharge customers and try to b****hit<br> them. <br> Sorry Domino,s only good pizzas don,t sell.<br> First is customer service and honesty the rest is bonus.
