Oh and then a guy calls me back with a bigger attitude than what im suppose to have after waiting for 1 hour 40 minutes from time of order????

If you want to work in a client service environment you need to drop the attitude your business wont grow with a **** ATTITUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
