I am Extremely disappointed in the poor and rude service I have experienced from Domino's. on 31/03/2016 I did an online order for pizza. My card was debeted and we waited in antisipation. 20 minutes after placing my order I received a rude phone call telling me I HAD to collect my order as no drivers were available. This was unacceptable as I had ordered for them to be delivered. I have contacted customer care 3 times with promises to call me back regarding my refund and dissatisfaction with the store to no avail. 13 days later and still no refund. this is shocking to say the least.
